Linear porokeratosis is one of the rare types of porokeratoses with characteristic dmical feature of linear wangernent and should be differentiated from linear vemicous epide.Trkd nevus.
We have seen a case of linear porokeratosis m a 32-year-old male. The lesions were distnbuted linearly on the left side of the cheek and the right upper and lower extremities. There was no family history of the same eruption. We tried topical 5-fluorouraal and urea ointment umhout improvement
